The Forum held on 29 November 1999 was jointly organised by the Hong Kong Coalition of Service Industries of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Business and Services Promotion Unit of the Financial Secretary's Office and the School of Business of the Hong Kong University. The purpose of the Forum is to engage key officials, businessmen, academics and politicians in discussion, debate and brainstorming of ideas on the policy agenda for the promotion of services sector.
